Served in Vietnam in 1970. Assigned to 5th Marines 2nd Battalion Echo Company. Did eleven months in the bush as 0311, "Grunt". Received my"Purple Heart" on January 30th, 1971. Boobytrap. Six months in the hospital. Received numerous medals. Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Purple Heart. and other.
